Business Office Manager / Medical Billing Supervisor

Are you an experienced Medical Billing professional with a passion for long-term care? We are seeking a qualified Business Office Manager to lead our financial operations and collections.

This isn't your typical hospital job. Our facility offers a unique opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents as you help them on their road to recovery. You'll play a vital role in our success by ensuring the financial health of the facility, allowing us to provide exceptional care.

We need a leader with a proven track record in nursing home collections. You'll be responsible for overseeing all business and financial functions, managing billing, and ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations.

Your Experience Is Key:

1. Expertise in nursing home billing and collections , including a deep understanding of Medicaid and Medicare Part A & B, and HMOs .
2. Experience with Medicaid Applications .
3. Strong analytical skills to identify and solve complex billing issues.
4. Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
5. Excellent communication skills to work effectively with staff and families.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. AS degree in Accounting, Finance or Healthcare Management, BS preferred
2. Ability to work and produce results under pressure
3. Fundamental knowledge of accounting practices and agency reimbursement programs
4. Must be at least 18 years of age
5. Must speak, read, write, and understand English
