Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Order Entry & Payments)


Location: Wayne, PA (Onsite)


Job Type: Contract (Temporary)


Pay Rate: $25-$28/hr. (Depending on experience)


Job Description:


We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team on a temporary contract basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in order entry and accepting payments, and must be proficient in Excel as skills will be tested.


Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter customer orders into the system
• Process and accept payments from customers
• Provide exceptional customer service and support
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in order entry and payment processing
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (skills will be tested)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work onsite in Wayne, PA
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries effectively

Compensation:

• Hourly rate of $25-$28, depending on experience

Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
