We are seeking an E-commerce Email and SMS Marketing Coordinator to support and coordinate email and SMS marketing efforts across our portfolio of brands. This role is crucial to driving e-commerce growth through data-driven, engaging, and results-focused campaigns that reflect our brands' vision and values.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end campaign processes, from briefing through completion, including building in platform, QA, vendor coordination, and post-deployment takeaways.
• Assist in A/B testing and implementation of personalization strategies to maximize engagement and conversions
• Maintain and update strategy calendars to ensure timely execution and delivery.
• Conduct in-depth campaign analysis to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness and ROI.
• Stay at the forefront of e-commerce and digital marketing trends, incorporating best practices and emerging technologies into our strategies.
• Work closely with other departments to align email and SMS efforts with broader marketing initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and time management skills.
• Attention to detail with the ability to QA campaigns thoroughly (e.g., promotional messaging, links, creative, and segmentation).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment while anticipating needs and solving problems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with GA4 and advanced Excel functions.
• Experience in email/SMS platforms, marketing automation tools, or e-commerce platforms.
