What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the remote pilot in command for various research and development aircraft platforms
- Conduct preflight planning and inspections of the UAS
- Support test planning and participate in test rehearsals
- Prepare post-flight reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with team members during preparation, execution, and post-test activities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Part 61 Private Pilot certificate with Instrument rating
- Part 107 Remote Pilot certificate
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience operating Group 3+ UAS
- Significant UAS experience with over 300 hours and more than 200 sorties
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and training

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with manual (non-GPS) and/or augmented flight modes using traditional RC controller interfaces
- Ability to work extended hours and travel as required
- Excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency in English
