We are looking for a skilled Front End Developer to join our dynamic team in Bartlett, Illinois. This role focuses on creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web-based applications, leveraging tools like Tailwind CSS and React.js. Responsibilities:
• Design and develop responsive, single-page applications (SPAs) using Tailwind CSS and React.js.
• Collaborate closely with architects, product owners, and other team members to implement UI/UX features aligned with project goals.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to enhance user experience and ensure consistency across platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve frontend issues, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to improve existing features and ideate new solutions.
• Work across teams to ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend components.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging frontend technologies and best practices.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine designs.
• Adapt to evolving project needs and contribute to dual-shipping efforts when necessary.
• Ensure all designs and code meet high standards for quality, accessibility, and scalability.• Proficiency in React.js, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Solid experience with Tailwind CSS and other modern front-end frameworks.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and strategy.
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and visually appealing designs.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and problem-solving within frontend development.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities.
• Portfolio showcasing previous work in frontend development and UI/UX design preferred.
