Relocation to other markets is required. Job Overview: The General Manager will oversee the daily operations of a branch, ensuring that all departments work efficiently to meet the needs of our customers. This role requires a hands-on leader who is not only strategic but also able to lead and coach successful behavior and operations. Handle customer escalations and implement solutions to improve customer satisfaction Qualifications: Experience: 5+ years of management experience in a service-based industry, preferably in home services, construction, or similar fields Language: ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish is strongly preferred. Education: Master of Business Administration in strongly preferred. Skills: Strong leadership and team-building skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of financial management Financial Acumen: A strong understanding of how to grow top line revenue and profitability (EBITDA) at a branch level is non-negotiable for this role Sales Experience: A competency in ethically selling products/services and developing a sales team is required.
