Visit us at: Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership Manage daily operations for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service, maintenance, and installation teams. Implement and enforce SOPs, KPIs, and operational improvements. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements. Promote interdepartmental coordination (dispatch, field crews, warehouse, customer service, and sales). Financial & Strategic Oversight Lead company-wide P&L, budgeting, and financial forecasting. Analyze financial metrics and operational data to drive improvements. Execute strategic initiatives aligned with company growth targets. Team Leadership & Development Mentor and manage department heads and team leaders. Foster a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous development. Support recruitment, training, and workforce planning initiatives. Sales & Customer Experience Support service and replacement sales across all departments. Champion high standards of customer satisfaction and service recovery. Resolve escalated service issues and warranty claims promptly. Growth & Business Development Identify and launch new revenue opportunities and services. Evaluate pricing models, vendor partnerships, and market expansion strategies. Represent the company with professionalism in the local business community. Qualifications Required: Leadership experience in residential HVAC, plumbing, or electrical services. Strong P&L and budget management background. Expertise in dispatching, inventory, field operations, and job costing. Demonstrated ability to lead large, cross-functional service teams. Preferred: Experience with ServiceTitan or similar software. Familiarity with flat-rate pricing and incentive-based pay structures. Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
