Job Description

Under the guidance of a Senior PM to ensure projects are managed effectively and align with the broader objectives of the business from receipt of purchase order through installation, commissioning and final installation and customer acceptance of the equipment. Collects, analyzes, and monitors projects and data to identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies and implement improvements to processes, workflows, or methods. Facilitates communication and collaboration between various departments including design, procurement, and quality to ensure actions and goals are aligned. Coordinates vendors and suppliers to support project activities and ensures cost, quality, and availability meet customer specifications. Responsible for execution of projects on schedule, at or below budget, delivering the contracted scope of work to all applicable codes and standards. Responsible for projects up to 3M

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in the planning and designing of industrial automation projects. Coordinate with multidisciplinary team members and stakeholders to complete project tasks. Monitor project progress and report status to senior management. Help manage project budgets and ensure resources are used efficiently. Support risk management and change management activities. Prepare and maintain project documentation. Participate in project meetings and take minutes. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards. Act as a point of contact for project participants and stakeholders Requirements Bachelor's degree in engineering, Project Management, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in project engineering, project management or a related role. Knowledge of industrial automation systems and technologies. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
