Whitney is actively seeking independent owner-operators located in and around the Tampa Bay Area (Hillsborough, Pinellas, Manatee, Sarasota, Pasco, Hernando, Manatee, Sarasota, and Polk counties) who own one or multiple light weight, tri-axle dump trucks to lease on with us.
