About This Opportunity

We are looking for an awesome Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and provide administrative support to ensure smooth business functions. You will serve as the central point of contact for internal teams, vendors, and visitors while maintaining organized, efficient office environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Manage office operations - oversee daily administrative functions
  • Coordinate communications - handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence while directing inquiries to appropriate personnel
  • Manage vendor relationships - coordinate with service providers, negotiate contracts, and ensure quality service delivery
  • Handle financial tasks - process invoices, manage petty cash, and coordinate with accounting
  • Maintain office systems - organize filing systems, update databases, and ensure proper documentation procedures
  • Support human resources - assist with onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and coordinating benefits administration
  • Plan events - organize company meetings, events, and employee activities
  • Ensure compliance - maintain office policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements

  • Administrative experience - 3+ years of office management or administrative support experience
