Painting Estimator - Sales positions. Please review the requirements thoroughly as not everyone will qualify for this incredible opportunity.
In your first year, achieve a total on-goal compensation of up to $125,000 with unlimited earning potential, plus a comprehensive benefits package. Your primary focus will be on North Jersey, identifying and capitalizing on Residential and Commercial opportunities.
Qualified candidates will: - Reside within a 45-minute radius of Pompton Lakes, NJ.
- Possess three (3) or more years of sales experience targeting both residential and commercial (B2B) clients.
- Demonstrate proficiency in a 1-2 call closing process.
- Showcase sales competencies including a passion for competition, proactive pipeline development, consultative selling techniques, blueprint analysis, relationship building, effective utilization of CRM systems, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Boast an excellent driving record, reflecting reliability and responsibility.
- Industry-specific experience is not mandatory.

Painting Estimator - Sales Requirements: - Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Proficiency in English.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Compliance with our policies, including a tobacco-free work environment.
- Preferred: One to two years of estimating or sales experience, along with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
Painting Estimator - Sales Work Schedule This estimating position operates
Monday through Friday during regular business hours, with occasional early evenings and Saturdays as necessary. Flexibility is key to excelling in this role!
