Join Our Team as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative!

Inizio Engage is building a nationwide team of dedicated Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives. This is an amazing opportunity for those looking to kickstart their careers in the healthcare and pharmaceutical fields, with a focus on serving our esteemed client, Pfizer.

Your Role: As a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, your main objective will be to increase awareness of high-risk patients for COVID-19. You will engage with targeted healthcare professionals (HCPs), urgent care facilities, and retail pharmacies as directed. You will report to the Area Business Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide crucial support to healthcare professionals regarding COVID-19 risk factors, disease progression, and treatment options.
• Educate stakeholders to ensure preparedness in identifying high-risk patients.
• Establish strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups as specified in the Field Pharmaceutical Sales Contracted Team Statement of Work (SOW).
• Collaborate closely with team members to align goals and coordinate efforts across different deployment channels.
• Analyze market trends and customer landscapes to identify priorities and develop actionable plans that maximize local sales impact.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment that values diverse ideas and strategies.

What We're Looking For:

• A Bachelor's Degree is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales, professional sales, or a related field.
• Experience in the healthcare sector, such as nursing or pharmacy, is a plus.
• You should live within 25 miles of the targeted area.
• A valid US driver's license and a clean driving record are essential.
• Willingness to travel and engage with patients and healthcare providers is required.
