As a Physician Recruiter, you will play a vital role in expanding our Locum Tenens service line by proactively reaching out to physicians and introducing them to rewarding locum tenens careers with Aya Healthcare. Responsibilities:

• Identify and recruit qualified physicians for contracted assignments.
• Proactively engage potential candidates to build relationships and understand their needs.
• Educate candidates on the personal and professional benefits of a locum tenens career.
• Generate leads through various recruiting channels and referrals.
• Build and maintain meaningful relationships both internally and externally.
• Continuously seek improvement and opportunities for career advancement.
• Exhibit strong motivation to achieve results and meet recruiting targets.
• Maintain a client-centered mentality with a passion for exceptional service.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in staffing is required.
• Passion for creating outstanding experiences for healthcare professionals.
• Ability to think creatively and outside the box.
• A career-oriented mindset with a desire for advancement.

Compensation: The anticipated starting salary for this position is $57,000 annually, plus commissions. This pay scale may vary based on prior experience. Bonuses may be offered at the discretion of your manager.
