About the Role:

We’re seeking a design-obsessed Presentation Designer who sees slide decks not as support materials—but as centerpieces of communication. This is a high-impact, highly visible role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and design, and who believes that every presentation is an opportunity to inform, inspire, and impress.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with teams across creative, brand, leadership, and enterprise functions to shape presentations that reflect the highest standards of storytelling and visual design. From investor decks and strategic partner materials to internal communications and executive keynotes, your work will be seen by some of the most influential audiences.

What You'll Do:

• Design clean, compelling, and on-brand presentations that elevate key messages for investors, partners, internal stakeholders, and executive leadership.
• Translate complex information, strategy, and data into digestible, visually rich storytelling experiences.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align content with brand voice and visual identity.
• Manage the full presentation design process—from initial concept through final delivery.
• Bring presentations to life with expert-level PowerPoint skills, leveraging motion, animation, video, and interactivity.
• Build and maintain a scalable toolkit of branded templates, slides, and visual systems.
• Stay ahead of trends in presentation design, storytelling, and software tools—and inject fresh thinking into every deck.
• Work efficiently under tight timelines, consistently delivering polished and high-impact visual content.

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in visual or graphic design, preferably within a fast-paced creative agency.
• A standout portfolio that demonstrates best-in-class presentation design—visually stunning, strategically sound, and meticulously crafted.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Strong working knowledge of Keynote, Google Slides, and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
• Deep fluency in layout, typography, color, and hierarchy—with the ability to design within established brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.
• Proven ability to turn complex content into clear, engaging visual narratives.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams, including brand, marketing, product, and executive leadership.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple projects with shifting priorities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills—you’re as confident presenting ideas as you are refining them.
