Job Description

• Accurately measure and mix powder compounds according to established formulas and procedures.
• Wear a Tyvek suit to mix the powder compounds (will get clothes dirty in the process)
• Assemble kits containing multiple components
• Operate basic production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform quality checks on components and finished kits to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding issues or improvements.

• Basic math skills (e.g., measuring, addition, subtraction, ratios).
• Ability to read and comprehend work instructions and safety guidelines.
• Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or similar environment is a plus.
• Stand for extended periods.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently without close supervision
