Toolway Industries has continuously experienced growth year over year and as such we are looking to grow our sales team in Atlantic Canada. We currently operate offices in Ontario, Nova Scotia and China and have expansion plans for Western Canada. We are currently looking for a self starter with some sales and customer service experience preferably in the hardware industry to join our winning team.

Candidates with the following credentials will get first consideration:

· Being fluent in French and English is an asset

· Minimum 1 year sales experience in a similar role.

· You must have a valid drivers license and own your own vehicle.

· Must be willing to call on customers throughout assigned sales territory

· You must be highly motivated and enjoy working with customers.

· Must be organized and capable of utilizing digital technology.

 

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Calling on existing customers within a defined sales territory

· Working with Wholesalers, Hardware stores, independent retailers, and Lawn and Garden Centres

· Prospecting new customers

· Prepare weekly sales call report and submit each Friday

· Attend monthly sales meeting via video conference call or in person

· Present to each account monthly sales specials and new items.

· Work with management to develop sales/marketing strategies to create new opportunities and penetrate new markets.

· Meet and exceed monthly KPI’s & Sales targets and annual revenue targets

· Participate in Trade shows (virtual or live) as deemed necessary.

· Support dealer events, contractor days, barbeques. Sales events etc.

· Schedule and provide ongoing Product Knowledge Training to Toolway customers and their staff.
