Job Details

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Handle trust & estate litigation matters from intake through resolution
• Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and mediations
• Manage caseloads and court deadlines with minimal supervision
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff on case strategy
• Maintain regular communication with clients and experts
• Assist with trial preparation and courtroom presentations

Qualifications – Needed

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Member in good standing with the California State Bar
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in trust & estate litigation or closely related civil litigation
• Experience drafting motions, conducting depositions, and arguing in court
• Proven ability to manage caseload and meet litigation deadlines
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills
• Knowledge of California probate procedures is a strong plus
