Class/Reports to: Multi Channel Marketing Manager

CBC Group is a leading provider in the wholesale and retail home décor, Christian goods, and gift industry. With a commitment to quality, inspiration, and innovation, we offer a wide range of thoughtfully designed products through our family of brands. As we continue to expand our digital presence, we are seeking an Email Marketing Specialist with strong graphic design skills to support our Ecommerce efforts and help visually communicate our brand message across both secular and faith-based product lines.

_This position is 100% in-office and based at our Phoenix, AZ headquarters. Remote or hybrid work is not available. Candidates must currently reside in the Phoenix metropolitan area._

*Position Summary*

The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, conversions, and loyalty. This role also requires strong graphic design capabilities to create visually impactful email assets, website banners, and other digital marketing materials. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, meticulous, and experienced with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and email marketing platforms.

*Qualifications*

*Education and/or Experience:*
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
* 1-3+ years of experience in email marketing and graphic design.
* Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or Canva.
* Experience with email platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar.
* Strong understanding of email best practices, customer segmentation, and performance analytics.
* Excellent written communication and design presentation skills.
* Ability to balance multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* High attention to detail and a passion for clean, purposeful design.
* Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and email software.

*Working Conditions and Physical Demands*
* General office environment with standard office equipment
* Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require standing and walking for up to 10% of the time
* The working environment is generally favorable
* Lighting and temperature are adequate
* There are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc.
